If I could
live anywhere in the world, I would probably live somewhere in the Bahamas. The
Bahamas are made up of about 3,000 islands and are located southeast of
Florida. I would live there mostly because of the warm weather. The weather in
the Bahamas is near 80 degrees and humid all year round. I love hot summery
days when I can go outside and walk around in just a tank top and shorts. I
would love to be able to go outside every day and not feel all cold and
uncomfortable, even in December. With this weather, it is easy for one to get
lost in the ocean. There are so many activities to do in the crystal clear
water of the Bahamas including surfing, water skiing, kite-boarding, kayaking,
and jet skiing. The weather is not my only motive, But because of the warm and
humid climate, tropical plants and animals are able to live on these islands.
This adds a beautiful and unique scenery that one just can not get from Ohio.

What would you do?
It may not be easy to achieve ones goals and dreams, but it is not impossible. There may be many hindrances attempting to get in the way, and I believe money is one. I do not think I have learned much from this project, but what I have learned I believe is very important. Money may get in our way, but it can not stop us. I believe this project was a great way to try and get people to stop looking for obstacles and focus on what is most important, ones dream. I have learned that many people act and look like they do not care about this topic, but when given the time to think and explain, I have realized they actually may.

X-TRA CR3D!T
After completing the “Day in My Life – Energy Use and
Transformations” worksheet, I realized that I use up a large amount of energy.
If it came to the point that I had to give up some items, I would choose these
objects: My iPod, Camera, Microwave, bedside lamp, and alarm clock/radio. I
could give most of these things up very easily because they are just luxuries
and many different things could replace them.
My iPod is mostly used for music, games, and an alarm, which
are things that I also have on my laptop or cell phone. I do not use my camera
very much because I have one on my phone and a camera just takes up too much
space. An oven or a conventional oven could easily replace our microwave. I do
not use my lamp much, and I could just use my bedroom light. And lastly, my
laptop or cell phone could replace my alarm clock/Radio.

Cirque Du Freak
I personally, do not have a favorite book. Instead of just
one book, I enjoy the series Cirque Du Freak, by Darren Shan. I like these
books because they are very interesting to read. These are not the kind of
books that people read to learn about something, but more for entertainment.
They are about a boy and his life as a half vampire assistant. I would define
the series as horror and mystery.
I do not like to read boring books at all. My favorite kinds
of books are the ones that keep me guessing. I also like books that make me
crave to keep reading on. I like these kinds of books because there will never
be a boring chapter. With boring books I tend to skim most parts and not read
the whole book. Therefore, I either do not understand the reading or I do not get
the full feeling of it. And what is the point of reading a book if one does not
understand it?
