Personally, I do not think that people have a right to claim something that does not belong to them, this situation however is an exception. The lady in this picture is protecting what she had thought belonged to her. I believe that claiming something that does not belong to that person is considered stealing. This lady however paid for this house, lived in it, and is now being forced to watch complete strangers destroy her house. I am sure she had no idea that she had bought the house illegally. In another situation, for example claiming a bike that one found in another yard as ones own, is not acceptable and considered stealing. In this situation, it is necessary for the other person to take back the item that belongs to them. But in the pictures situation, I do not think it is needed. No one should have a right to take something away from someone else that is completely ignorant of the situation.
Possessive case uses and apostrophe.
